Not a magician. The moment your event is remembered for. Corporate mentalist and magician for stage and close-up: Johnny Wu and Dylan George, Omni Magic, Los Angeles, travels nationally.

Most corporate magicians bring a routine. We bring a show built around your people and your message: mind reading on stage for the whole room, and close-up at every table during the reception. Johnny Wu has performed for 700 executives at Google HQ, on the Netflix stage and on the TEDx stage.

How we are different

Your guests have seen a card trick. They have never seen this.

A typical magician fills time. We give the room one or two moments people talk about for years, built around the people who are actually there.

Typical corporate magician
Omni Magic
The material
Cards, coins and props from a magic shop.
Mind reading with your own people. The thoughts, names and memories in that room are the show.
The script
The same routine at every event.
Written around your client: their people, their brand, their message, with a finale built around one person in that room.
The tone
Corny jokes and volunteers who get embarrassed.
Everyone on stage looks great. Clean, professional and safe for HR, while the room screams.
The reach
One performer, the front third of the room.
Two performers split the floor for close-up so every table gets a moment, then one closes on stage.
The production
Needs your AV team, cues and a long rider.
Own microphone and sound, a one page rider, one contact and one contract.
The proof
A demo reel and a few testimonials.

What your client can book

Stage, close-up, or both.

Most corporate clients book close-up during the reception, then a stage show when everyone sits down. One booking covers the whole night.

Close-up mind reading

Johnny or Dylan moves table to table and group to group. Two feet away, in the guests' own hands. It breaks the ice and gets people talking to each other.

Questions planners ask

Before you pitch your client.

Anything else, a fifteen minute call covers it.

Is this a magic show or a mind reading show?+
Mind reading first. Johnny is a mentalist: he reads the thoughts, names and memories of the people in the room, so the show is about your client's guests, not about props. Magic and hypnosis are woven in where they fit.
Who performs, Johnny or Dylan?+
Either one, or both. Johnny Wu leads corporate stages and keynotes. Dylan George is a member of the Hollywood Magic Castle. For bigger rooms they split the floor for close-up, then one of them closes on stage.
Will anyone get embarrassed?+
No. Everyone who comes on stage is the hero of their moment. The show stays clean and professional, which is why HR teams book us again.
Can the show carry our message?+
Yes. We script the show around the client's people, brand and theme, and can tie the finale to an award, a product launch or the company's message.
What do you need from the venue?+
Nothing. We carry our own microphone and sound, and you get a one page rider so your production team knows exactly what to expect.
Do you travel?+
Yes. We are based in Los Angeles and travel nationally. Events outside Southern California include flight and hotel.
Is there a virtual version?+
Yes. Johnny performs a fully interactive virtual show for remote and hybrid teams. The virtual reel is at youtube.com/watch?v=6pAOqC37qlc.
